Found a new site that has a lot of great references and information and articles about AJAX.
AJAX stuff is now my little development hobby, and I am finding myself rethinking any number of old applications I have written.
The ability to make web apps more user friendly is exciting. blah blah ..I love ajax..
Check out the site for some great resources and links.

Get Firefox!
Found this mentioned over on lifehacker.com. Great little pointer to some of the best and most useful extensions for firefox, and web developers. Includes a short description of each extension. I personally already use greasemonkey, the javascript console, livehttpheaders, and the webdeveloper extension. All work great. Check the article over on

Pretty cool extensions, like the WYSIWYG editor, that creates greasemonkey scripts, and the color eye dropper–

Usb key
Ever wonder what to do with that USB key you have lying around?

If you are completely confused about what you would ever do with it, or are wondering how to utilize it’s USBish power; PCMAG has a pretty good article that lists software and configuration hints, that will allow you to fully extend that 128mb of empty space.

Included in the article, are tips on installing Firefox, Thunderbird, Linux emulators, bootable linux distros, and tons of other goodies.

Check it out at

There are server/client combos for Win32, Unix, and OSX. It also allows copy/paste between displays, as well as shared screen savers. Continue reading »
